After hearing a very inspiring talk about Christ, I wrote this song.  I asked the person who gave the talk if it was okay to use the lyrics, since much of it had been taken from their words.  This person did not want to be identified, and I must say that I could understand this person's position, so the song had to undergo changes.  I wasn't excited about making changes, because I didn't know how I would be able to.  I thought the song was right already.  But, Heavenly Father had something else in mind.  I determined not to give up on it.  As I prayed and thought and prayed some more, I was given a new chorus.  This one was better.  I knew it.  God had known it would be.  Since the song no longer clearly identified the specific talk given, I was then able to receive permission to use it.  This song became the title song for my first CD.  The whole CD is Christ centered, beginning with His birth and ending with a song about a death overcome through Him.
